• The daily cost averages $9.45.  
• We work with ALL INSURANCES CARRIERS
• Our staff will process Prior Authorizations for your medications
• Patients submit their visit receipt to their individual insurance companies
• ARILEX does not process your insurance claim.  That is the patient's responsibility.
